Job you're applying for:
Desert Ranger

Why do you want this job?:
Ever since I saw the job availiable for the first time I've always seen it as having a tremendous potential for good rp.
The desert ranger's background set's him up to be independant but also to not be afraid to draw upon others to aid in his objective when the situation calls for it.

The desert ranger's "tool" aka weapons would make any raider think twice before attempting to take him on. Yet they are not strong enough for him to do everything on his own and jump against any slavers or perceived injustice, a ranger who manages to build a true bond with the people of the town he protects and is able to choose his battles and decisions wisely is something that truely makes slavers think twice before attempting to make a quick cap. And all of that requires if anything a lot of good RP as supposed to PVP skills or mere numbers
.

TL;DR: Improving my RP, generally good RP & further improving wastelander (and potentially) legion / slaver rp.

Summary of what this role does in your opinion, and how you'd play it:

The theory

A desert ranger is like a town sheriff without a mayor. He sees himself as a fighter and therefore tool of justice, yet is not bound to any institution. He believes that this gives him the freedom to fight for justice in an opmital way. He loves his fellow rangers bound by the institution and laws of the NCR, like them he tries to make the wasteland a safer and more just place but with his own rules enforced by him and his fellow rangers rather than an official institution. And with that in mind, his biggest enemy first and foremost are slavers, and all those who not only are slavers  but also those who enable slavery itself. He not only takes action himself when slavers are a-bound but also tries to get the local wasters or authority figures to do the same. He is willing to work with figures of authority and those bound by institutions, he believes in the idea of unity, and that the wasteland would be a more just place, if it were more unified. And he believes that he is part of this process, because a desert ranger heals the scars (ranger unification treaty) rather than letting them fester into hatred.

The practice

Stopping slavery first alongside foremost, mugging, extortion, torture & extortion & mistreatment of wastelanders/townsfolk by others or factions,  helping survivors of the nuclear devastation rebuild and step forward into the future. Gain infuence in town & give a voice to the voiceless.
So far the best application we had for the DR, Accepted & well done.
